There are times in your life when something occurs—and you say to yourself, I could see that was coming…

After last week’s debacle of the paparazzi chasing Britney Spears all over L.A.–jumping in an out of traffic—and creating a frenzied wall of humanity everywhere (posts and video links here) an L.A city councilman is proposing a law creating a “20 yard zone of personal safety” around every public figure who is going to be a target of the over-zealous picture mongers.

On the eve of another crucial set of primaries this past weekend, Hillary Clinton let loose with a few more tears as you can see here.
This was the 3rd time on the campaign trail that she’s had an “emotional” moment.
After her first episode back in early January during the campaign in New Hampshire (post and video links here) much was made of it…And some pundits believe it helped her win New Hampshire because it “softened” her image..
When it happened a second time at Yale just before the Super Tuesday primaries, you can read how some began to believe it was contrived.
Now, with her campaign in real danger of crumbling, she lets loose again.
